RapidGateway is used only to collect subscription payments from customers. Card data is handled by the gateway; Downexa never stores card numbers.
- 1. Customer chooses Premium or Business on /pricing (PKR shown)
- 2. Redirect to RapidGateway hosted checkout (HTTPS)
- 3. Customer pays: Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer
- 4. Gateway confirms payment → Downexa activates subscription on the account
- 5. Receipt from gateway; refunds per /refund policy
PCI-compliant redirection model — no card data on Downexa servers.
