1. Our position on copyright

Downexa respects intellectual property rights. Downexa is a download management and software product. Users must only download or process content they have the legal right to use. We do not authorize infringement of movies, music, television, software, or other protected works.

2. How to submit a copyright notice

If you believe content accessible through our website or app infringes your copyright, email a notice to downexa@gmail.com with the subject line Copyright notice. Include:

• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material on our service
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. What we do after a notice

We review complete notices and may remove or disable access to the material, notify the user, and in appropriate cases suspend or terminate repeat infringers. Incomplete notices may delay action. We may share your notice with the user who submitted the material so they can respond.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice to downexa@gmail.com with identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, consent to local jurisdiction as applicable, and your signature. We may restore material when the law permits.
