How Downexa works
This page describes our business model, products, customer journey, and how RapidGateway is used during checkout — for customers and payment-partner verification.
Business model
Downexa operates Downexa, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform registered in Pakistan. We provide a download management tool for personal and business users to queue, pause, and save media from supported platforms.
Revenue comes from monthly Premium and Business subscriptions sold in PKR. A free tier is available without payment. We do not sell physical products, gift cards, or third-party goods.

Payment gateway use case
RapidGateway is used exclusively to collect subscription payments on our website. It is not used for payouts to customers or marketplace transactions between users.
- Customer clicks Subscribe on the Pricing page for Premium or Business.
- Customer is redirected to the RapidGateway hosted checkout (PCI-compliant — card data never touches our servers).
- Customer completes payment (card / JazzCash / easypaisa / Raast / bank transfer).
- RapidGateway sends a payment confirmation webhook/callback to Downexa; we activate the subscription on the customer account.
- Customer receives immediate access to Premium features; receipt is available from the gateway and on request from downexa@gmail.com.

Browse & choose a plan
Customer visits downexa.site, reviews Free and Premium plans on the Pricing page. All prices are shown in PKR before checkout.

Create an account
Customer registers with email and password on the website or Android app to receive and manage their subscription.

Pay via RapidGateway
Customer selects Premium, is redirected to the RapidGateway secure checkout page, and pays using Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer.

Instant digital delivery
On successful payment, Premium is activated on the customer account immediately. No physical shipping — access is online only.

Use the service
Customer uses download queue, format selection, cloud sync, VPN module (Premium), and support channels as described in their plan.

Renewal or cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Customer may cancel auto-renewal anytime; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
