1. Agreement

By accessing Downexa at our website or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Downexa operates this service from Pakistan.

2. Service description

Downexa provides download queue management, format selection, and related digital tools. We sell subscription access to premium features. Prices are displayed in PKR before checkout.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Downexa only for content you have the legal right to download or process. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, circumvent DRM, distribute malware, pirate films or music, or violate applicable laws or platform terms. Public availability of a URL does not mean you have permission to keep a permanent copy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Rights holders may send notices under our DMCA / Copyright policy.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by RapidGateway, our licensed payment partner in Pakistan (Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer). Card data is entered on RapidGateway's secure checkout — Downexa does not store card numbers. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees at the displayed PKR price.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Digital goods may have limited refund windows once access has been granted.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for third-party content, platform changes, or download failures caused by external sites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Downexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
