By accessing Downexa at our website or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Downexa operates this service from Pakistan.
2. Service description
Downexa provides download queue management, format selection, and related digital tools. We sell subscription access to premium features. Prices are displayed in PKR before checkout.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Downexa only for content you have the legal right to download. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, distribute malware, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by licensed third-party gateways. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees at the displayed price.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Digital goods may have limited refund windows once access has been granted.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for third-party content, platform changes, or download failures caused by external sites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Downexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
