About Downexa
Downexa builds Downexa — a modern download manager for video, audio, and related media workflows. Founded in 2024, we help individuals and small teams save time by queuing downloads, choosing formats upfront, converting images such as HEIC to PNG, and syncing history across devices when they sign in.
Our homepage and tools are designed for people who already have a right to keep the files they manage: personal recordings, Creative Commons material, their own uploads, or content shared under a license that allows offline copies. We publish detailed guides so visitors can understand queues, privacy, Premium plans, and copyright responsibilities before they use the product.
Mission
We want download management to feel calm and predictable. Paste a link you are allowed to save, inspect formats, pick quality, and either download now or let the queue work through a list. The same product principles apply on the website and the Android app on Google Play: clear pricing in PKR, honest privacy practices, and reachable human support.
Business model & payments
We sell digital software subscriptions. Our free tier includes core download and queue features. Premium unlocks ad-free usage, advanced modules, and priority support. All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) before you complete payment via RapidGateway (Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer). Card data is entered on the payment partner's secure checkout — we do not store full card numbers.

Downexa does not grant rights to third-party movies, music, or TV shows. Users must follow copyright law and the terms of platforms they access. We maintain a DMCA / Copyright page for rights holders and a lawful use guide for customers. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.
Original documentation
Beyond short marketing copy, we publish full-length guides covering getting started, queues and formats, privacy and security, offline study workflows with your own materials, HEIC conversion, Premium plans, and the Android app. Browse them at /guides.
