Refund Policy

1. Overview

Downexa sells digital software subscriptions for Downexa. Because our product is delivered instantly online, refunds are limited as described below. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website using RapidGateway or other approved payment methods.

2. Free tier

The free tier does not involve payment. No refund applies.

3. Premium subscriptions

• 7-day refund window: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first Premium purchase if you have not substantially used premium features (defined as more than 10 premium downloads or VPN module activation).
• Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new billing period has started, unless required by law.
• Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. How to request a refund

Email downexa@gmail.com with your account email, transaction date, and payment reference (from your bank or RapidGateway receipt). We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
