Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only

Downexa sells digital software subscriptions for Downexa. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There is no courier, postal delivery, or warehouse dispatch.

2. How delivery works

• After successful payment via RapidGateway (card, JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer), Premium access is activated on your Downexa account.
• Delivery is instant and online — typically within seconds of payment confirmation.
• You receive access through the website at downexa.site and/or the Android app using the same account email.
• A payment receipt is sent by the payment gateway and/or emailed to your registered address upon request (downexa@gmail.com).

3. Delivery timeframe

Standard delivery: immediate upon payment confirmation. If activation is delayed due to technical issues, we will activate your subscription within 24 hours and notify you by email. Contact downexa@gmail.com with your transaction reference if access is not granted within 24 hours.

4. Shipping charges

No shipping or delivery fees apply. The price displayed on our Pricing page in PKR is the total amount charged at checkout (excluding any bank or gateway fees imposed by your payment provider).

5. International customers

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International customers may pay through supported gateway methods; currency conversion, if any, is handled by your bank or payment provider at their prevailing rate.
